Union is a People Operations and Recruiting firm for high-retention startups. They work with clients to build or upgrade any process, tools, and performance management policies necessary so their candidates, and everyone their clients hire, succeed long-term.
Mutiny Branding was tasked with creating a landing page that detailed Union's recruiting process while also integrating their new vibrant and bold brand identity. I provided design concepts and creative direction while working directly with a contracted developer to execute the project from start to finish.
